This trick is for those who still use Windows XP and prefer installation on there own.
Now onwards, it will take very little time to install Windows XP for which you guys earlier used to take around 40 minutes.
So the process goes like this,
First Boot up using XP Bootable CD.
After loading all the boot files, you will be asked to do partitioning.
After the partioning installation process will start which will install all the necessary files that windows XP requires.
Next, you will be asked to restart the computer.
Here, our Geek Trick comes into picture. Now instead of waiting for 40 minutes for installation you can do it in 10 minutes.
Once restart is done, you will see the screen which will tell you the estimated time to finish will be 40 minutes.
Press "SHIFT+F10" which will lead you to command prompt.
Type "taskmgr" (without quotes)
This will open TaskManager.
Now right click on "Setup.exe" process. Set the Priority to HIGH.
And its done!!!
You will find that estimated time of installation will be 10 minutes.
