Windows XP Installation in 10 minutes

This trick is for those who still use Windows XP and prefer installation on there own.
Now onwards, it will take very little time to install Windows XP for which you guys earlier used to take around 40 minutes.
So the process goes like this,


First Boot up using XP Bootable CD.
After loading all the boot files, you will be asked to do partitioning.
After the partioning installation process will start which will install all the necessary files that windows XP requires.
Next, you will be asked to restart the computer.
Here, our Geek Trick comes into picture. Now instead of waiting for 40 minutes for installation you can do it in 10 minutes.

Once restart is done, you will see the screen which will tell you the estimated time to finish will be 40 minutes.
Press "SHIFT+F10" which will lead you to command prompt.
Type "taskmgr"  (without quotes)
This will open TaskManager.
Now right click on "Setup.exe" process. Set the Priority to HIGH.


And its done!!!
You will find that estimated time of installation will be 10 minutes.

GOD Mode in Windows 7

This one is a nice Geek-Trick. Unveiling the secret of Windows 7.
Now you must be thinking what the heck is GODMode.
Godmode is a folder that has list of all the customization Settings at one place. So this will help you tweak your Windows 7 without spending much time on searching for that particular settings.

1: Go to C or D or any drive
2: Right click.
3: Click create folder.
4: Rename your new folder with , Click here for Folder Name
 and press enter.

By now everyone would be knowing about Windows 8. This is Microsoft's further step in series of Windows OS.

AFAIK booting time for Windows 8 is around 10 seconds and that itself is a great achievement.

Microsoft has released both of its 32bit and 64 bit Windows 8 OS versions as a beta release. There is one more release in section of 64 bit which is along with various developer tools.
